Nicole looked up at him, but Clayton only smiled and lifted his feet to walk to the boarding gate. Only after watching Clayton’s back disappear did Nicole quietly return to her senses. Autumn stood there.

She understood very well what Nicole meant. I don’t even know any journalists.” “Is that so?” Autumn denied stiffly. “Of course! Show me evidence if you can. Otherwise, it’s just slander!” Autumn was certain that even if the reporter implicated her, Nicole would not be able to produce any substantial evidence. Thus, Autumn had nothing to be afraid of. Nicole looked at Autumn and smiled.
“I never said that you were the person whose name he confessed. What are you so worried about?” Autumn sighed in relief. Her expression improved. However, the next second, Nicole said, “He confessed the name of the boss of your internship company. Hmm… I think his last name was Dalton. Mr. Dalton is the one who outed you.” It was as if a rock completely smashed on top of Autumn’s head. Autumn felt a little dizzy. Her expression changed a few times. “T-That’s impossible!” Mr. Dalton would not rat her out even if he knew because he knew that the Ferguson family was behind her. Nicole laughed. “I heard that Eric called him and made him tell the truth… Just leave everything else to the police.” She watched as blood gradually drained from Autumn’s face.
The trace of light in Autumn’s eyes disappeared. Nicole gave the bodyguard a look, and the bodyguard immediately understood. Nicole strutted away on her high heels and left the airport. The bodyguard sent Autumn to the police station, not giving her a chance to run away. Before the evening, Autumn confessed to everything. It was a little faster than expected. Eric did not even protect Ingrid, so why would he protect Autumn, a relative whom he was not even close to?

The first thing Clayton did after getting off the plane was to send a message to Nicole saying he arrived safely. When he left the airport, he just so happened to meet Quavon, who was also coming out, at the entrance. Quavon was surprised to see Clays on.
