Amidst everyone’s anticipation, Josie took out her phone. Her car was equipped with a dashcam, which was already connected to an app on her phone.
Josie skillfully opened the app and found the video from that day.
Josie scanned the room, finally spotting a projector not too far from the venue. She walked toward it without hesitation. Dexter followed her, always standing to her left.
That stance completely shielded Josie in front of him.
Josie connected her phone to the projector using a data cable. Instantly, the video content from that day began to play on the screen.
“Ms. Alice, I’m your fan. I’ve seen almost all of your designs…” Dylan’s voice came through the video, and Lily was instantly petrified. How could this be possible?
The video clearly depicted the events of that day and also confirmed that Josie did not accept the envelope Dylan had handed to her.
The truth was revealed.
Everyone couldn’t help but sigh.
Attention was collectively turned to Lily. “Ms. Lily, now that the truth is out in the open, is there anything else you would like to say?”
“Ms. Lily, what was the purpose of your actions today? Do you have any personal grudges against Ms. Alice?”
