“Then keep it brief,” Larry Freeman said, leaning against the dressing table with his arms crossed, gazing down at her.
“Do you know Antheena?”

Veronica Murphy nodded. “Yes.”

She answered her own question, saying, “Antheena is married to Xavier Crawford.”
