Veronica Murphy was engrossed in a conversation with Matthew Kings when a knock on the hospital room door interrupted them. Without hesitation, the door swung open and someone walked in.
“Tsk tsk tsk, I never expected someone as skilled as you to take a sick day.” The first person to enter was Eleanor Gomez, still relying on a crutch, playfully teasing Veronica Murphy as she leaned against the bed.
Following behind were Monica Lewis, Ruka Dame, Abby Wright, Caleb Shaw, Miguel Lynch, and others, all entering together.
The spacious hospital room suddenly felt crowded with their presence. They set their gifts aside and approached Veronica Murphy to express their concern. Monica Lewis asked, “Roni, how did you end up like this?”
Ruka Dame said, “Who caused you harm? Tell me, and I’ll help you fight back!” Abby Wright inquired, “Are you feeling better now? Do you still have a fever?”
The three girls sat together with Veronica Murphy and engaged in conversation, while the other men took seats on the sofa and conversed with Matthew Kings.
Feeling the care from these individuals, Veronica Murphy felt happy and relieved. “Thank you all for coming to see me. I’m fine, I just caught a high fever after falling into the water.”
Eleanor Gomez sat by the bedside, still holding the crutch in her hand, shaking her head with a sigh. “I never expected someone to dare bully you.”
Ruka Dame added, “Indeed, who would have thought she could be bullied.”
Monica Lewis said, “You’re alone in Lothen, so take good care of yourself. If you encounter any problems, just give us a call.”
Abby Wright suggested, “You can also call Caleb Shaw.”
She gestured with her hand, and both Veronica Murphy and Eleanor Gomez understood. Eleanor Gomez couldn’t help but chuckle. “If she dares to call Caleb Shaw, I’m afraid some people will get jealous.”
As soon as she finished speaking, everyone turned their heads and looked at Matthew Kings sitting on the sofa, and they all burst into laughter.

I just wanted to come and see you.” After speaking, she gave Veronica Murphy a meaningful look. Their gazes met for just a moment, and Veronica Murphy understood Ruka Dame’s meaning.
From the time she left the hidden clan until now, Ruka Dame probably hasn’t seen Hendrey Johnson. Judging by her expression, she must be missing Hendrey Johnson and trying to gather information from her.
