An Understated Dominance Chapter 1613 by Marina Vittori

“No way… This isn’t possible!”

“Logan is such an outstanding martial artist. How can Dustin be compared to him? It must be a coincidence!”

Eleanor couldn’t believe this. She had known Dustin for some while. To her, Dustin was a low-life. Thus, there was no way he would suddenly become the unparalleled Kirin.

It was simply improbable!

“You must have gotten it wrong. A Kirin tattoo doesn’t symbolize anything. Anyone could tattoo this on their chest. Perhaps Dustin only got this tattoo to scare us off!”

After a moment of shock, Elena also looked suspicious.

Nobody knew Dustin better than her. When she first met him in Millsburg, Rosaline and Florence described Dustin as an absolute loser. The most he knew was a bit of fighting. Dustin was completely out of the unbeatable Kirin’s league.

Looking at the battered clothing that revealed his tattoo, Dustin couldn’t help but let out a sigh.

He didn’t expect that a small mistake on his part would expose his identity. It seemed there would be trouble for him in the future.

“I’ve heard of you for a long time. After meeting you today, I find that you really live up to your reputation.” Fenley clasped his hands together and lowered his head in respect

Only a few people could earn his respect, and Logan was one of them.

“You got the wrong person. I’m not Logan.” Dustin shook his head. Naturally, Dustin wouldn’t admit his identity in front of so many people. At present, he would do his best to hide his identity.

“As expected, it’s just a misunderstanding. How could Dustin be the Crown Prince of West Lucozia?” Elena immediately grinned after hearing Dustin deny it.

She had truly gotten a shock just now. Thankfully, it was just a misunderstanding.

“What a relief that it’s just a misunderstanding. We’re dead meat otherwise.” Eleanor also let out a deep sigh. She felt like she had just survived a disaster.

Eleanor and Elena had done so many things to harm Dustin. If Dustin really was the Rhys’ Kirin, they would be doomed. Not only that, but even their family would suffer the same fate. When that happened, it was the end for the two and their family.

“Logan, it’s useless even if you don’t admit to it. People like us are destined to live an extraordinary life. Even if you try to hide your identity, you’ll still expose yourself one day.

“Honestly, I was looking forward to fighting head-on with the former Kirin. However, you seemed to have changed.

“You lost the drive and vigor you once had. You’re not the arrogant and domineering genius I know of.” Fenley shook his head.

“I don’t know what you’re saying. Mr. Hudson, we’ve already exchanged three moves. According to the promise we had just now, you should stop here, “Dustin replied indifferently.

“Perhaps Holly’s death has nothing to do with you. However, we should have a duel. I want to know who’s more capable. Me, or the former Kirin,” Fenley answered in high spirits.

“I am nothing compared to you,” Dustin said.

“You proved your capability by blocking the first three moves of Four Elements of God’s Technique. However, I’m not sure if you can still withstand the fourth one.” There was a hint of mockery in Fenley’s eyes.

After learning the Four Elements of God’s Technique, Fenley had never used the fourth skill-Fury of Lightning God.

Firstly, the attack was way too overbearing and hard to control. Secondly, it would consume a huge amount of energy. Once Fenley used it, all of the energy in his body would be depleted.

Thus, it was a move that would lead to his downfall if he didn’t succeed.

Fenley wouldn’t easily use it if it was not a matter of life and death. However, he was willing to take a risk just to battle with Dustin.

“Mr. Hudson, we should stop fighting.” Dustin shook his head.

“What? Are you scared? Back then, Kirin was never afraid of challenges. However, you seem meek. You’re nothing like him. Honestly, I’m disappointed in you.” Fenley furrowed his brow.

“Let’s spar again in the future if we have a chance. However, let’s not do it today.” Dustin looked around his surroundings.

More and more people started to gather. If Dustin didn’t get away soon, it would get more troublesome for him.

Summary An Understated Dominance by Marina Vittori

Dahlia Nicholson and Dustin Rhys had been married for three years. After Dahlia’s meteoric rise to success, she abandons the useless dead weight that’s Dustin, proposing divorce. Unbeknownst to her, everything she had ever achieved was only because of him.

Chapter 1 “Dustin, here is the divorce agreement prepared by Ms. Nicholson. All you need to do is sign them.” In the president’s office of the Quine Group, the secretary, Lyra Blaine, placed a piece of A4 paper on the table. A man sat opposite her, dressed in plain clothing. “Divorce? What do you mean?” Dustin Rhys was taken aback. “Do you not understand what I’m saying? Your marriage with Ms. Nicholson is over. You’re not even on the same level anymore. Your existence is nothing but a smear on the president’s reputation!” Lyra pulled no punches as she spoke. “A smear on her reputation?” Dustin frowned. “Is that how she thinks of me?” Back when they first got married, the Nicholson family was in ruinous debt. He was the one who helped them when they were at their lowest point. Now that they were rich, Dahlia Nicholson was ready to just kick him out. “Something like that.” Lyra jerked her chin toward the magazine on the table. A photo of a beautiful woman was printed on the front page. “Look at the headline on this magazine, Dustin. Ms. Nicholson’s net worth has hit one billion in the course of just three years, a feat no short of a miracle. She’s now the most desired woman in Swinton! With all this, she’s destined for greatness. But you, you’re just a regular joe. You don’t deserve her at all. I hope that you’ll see some sense and do the right thing.” When Dustin remained silent, Lyra frowned. “I know you’re not happy with this, but this is reality,” she continued. “You might have helped Ms. Nicholson when she was in trouble, but she has repaid you for everything you’ve done for her over the last three years. In fact, you’re the one who owes her now!” “Is our marriage just a business deal to her, then?” Dustin took a deep breath to suppress the emotions within. “If she wants to divorce me, let her speak to me herself.” “Ms. Nicholson is very busy. She doesn’t need to trouble herself with such trifling matters.” “Trifling matters?” Dustin was stunned. Then he laughed bitterly. “Is that so? Is divorce a trifling matter to her? She can’t even find the time to speak to me. Truly, she’s that unattainable now!” “Dustin, don’t delay this any longer.” Lyra pushed the divorce agreement toward him again. “Just sign here and you’ll get a car and a house as compensation. On top of that, you’ll also get eight million dollars. This is more than what you’ll be able to earn in your lifetime!” “Eight million dollars is a lot, but…I don’t need it. I will sign the divorce papers if she comes personally. Otherwise, I won’t sign anything,” Duston said coldly. “Don’t go too far, Dustin!” Lyra slammed her hand on the table. “Don’t say I didn’t warn you. With all her power and resources, Ms. Nicholson can divorce you easily. It’s only because she appreciates her past relationship with you that she’s allowing you to keep your dignity intact. Don’t provoke her!” “My dignity?” Dustin was a little amused by that. She didn’t even want to speak to him directly to divorce him. What kind of dignity was that? Moreover, if she really did appreciate their relationship, then why was she threatening him now?
