An Understated Dominance Chapter 1542 by Marina Vittori

Dustin had just gotten out of his car when he was blocked by two men with full tattoo sleeves.

“I’m here to meet someone,” Dustin answered coldly. “We need to run a body check on you!” the two men said before promptly patting Dustin down.

He did not resist their actions and simply stood there cooperatively without moving. He wasn’t going to do anything rash without ensuring Lana’s safety.

“Alright, go on in.” After checking Dustin and making sure that he didn’t have any weapons on him, the two men stood aside and let him in.

Dustin said nothing and entered the cathedral. In the cathedral, a burly man with unkempt stubble sat topless at a table.

He had a bunch of lackeys around him, and they were enjoying a huge feast of roasted lamb. There were also all sorts of alcohol on the table.

As they sat there, stuffing their faces with the lamb and chugging on alcohol, they looked like they were having the time of their lives.

Over in a corner, Lana was tied to a stone pillar with a blindfold over her eyes. Her shapely figure was further accentuated after being tied up. She looked really alluring.

The men watched her with undisguised lust in their eyes.

“Boss, the chick is too seductive. I can’t hold back any longer. Can I please have some fun with her already?” A bald man groped at his crotch with an evil grin. He kept running his eyes over Lana’s body lecherously.

“I haven’t even laid hands on her yet. Why are you so impatient?” the stubbled man snapped.

“It’s urgent, Boss. I haven’t had a release in a long time. If you let me have my way with her, I won’t take my pay this time!” the bald man said eagerly.

“Oh? Do you mean it?” The stubbled man raised a brow. The hostage was worth a lot, and the person who had hired them was generous, too. Hence, they were likely to each get at least several hundred thousand for this job.

The rascal was giving up a lot, paying hundreds of thousands to have his way with a woman.

“I mean every word! We’ve got so many witnesses here. I can’t possibly go back on my word, can I?” The bald man grabbed at his crotch yet again, appearing extremely restless.

It was a once-in-a-lifetime chance to meet someone as gorgeous as Lana. He wouldn’t even mind giving half his life away if he could have her, much less just spend a little fortune on her.

“Alright then, I guess you’re really desperate. I’ll let you have your fun first. But remember, don’t injure her in any way!

“That way, I can sell her off again for a good price,” the stubbled man instructed.

“No problem!” The bald man grinned and quickly made his way over to Lana. As he walked, he hastily removed his clothes. In no time at all, he was all naked.

“I’m here, honey!” The bald man stood before Lana and towered over her. Then, he gave a forceful tug on the hem of her dress. With a loud rip, most of the dress was torn off, revealing Lana’s fair, slender legs and lace underwear.

“What are you doing? Stop it!” Lana, who was still blindfolded, was flustered. She immediately began threatening the man, “I am a Camron! If you touch me, the Camron family will never let you off!”

“Haha! The Camron family? Even if you’re from an elite family, I’ll still have my way with you today!” He got even more excited, groping at Lana and tearing off what was left of her clothes.

Just as he was about to proceed further, a blinding glint of light flashed past. The bald man felt like something icy cold had come in contact with his lower body. When he looked down to see what it was, he was stunned.

His penis was on the ground!

Summary An Understated Dominance by Marina Vittori

Dahlia Nicholson and Dustin Rhys had been married for three years. After Dahlia’s meteoric rise to success, she abandons the useless dead weight that’s Dustin, proposing divorce. Unbeknownst to her, everything she had ever achieved was only because of him.

Chapter 1 “Dustin, here is the divorce agreement prepared by Ms. Nicholson. All you need to do is sign them.” In the president’s office of the Quine Group, the secretary, Lyra Blaine, placed a piece of A4 paper on the table. A man sat opposite her, dressed in plain clothing. “Divorce? What do you mean?” Dustin Rhys was taken aback. “Do you not understand what I’m saying? Your marriage with Ms. Nicholson is over. You’re not even on the same level anymore. Your existence is nothing but a smear on the president’s reputation!” Lyra pulled no punches as she spoke. “A smear on her reputation?” Dustin frowned. “Is that how she thinks of me?” Back when they first got married, the Nicholson family was in ruinous debt. He was the one who helped them when they were at their lowest point. Now that they were rich, Dahlia Nicholson was ready to just kick him out. “Something like that.” Lyra jerked her chin toward the magazine on the table. A photo of a beautiful woman was printed on the front page. “Look at the headline on this magazine, Dustin. Ms. Nicholson’s net worth has hit one billion in the course of just three years, a feat no short of a miracle. She’s now the most desired woman in Swinton! With all this, she’s destined for greatness. But you, you’re just a regular joe. You don’t deserve her at all. I hope that you’ll see some sense and do the right thing.” When Dustin remained silent, Lyra frowned. “I know you’re not happy with this, but this is reality,” she continued. “You might have helped Ms. Nicholson when she was in trouble, but she has repaid you for everything you’ve done for her over the last three years. In fact, you’re the one who owes her now!” “Is our marriage just a business deal to her, then?” Dustin took a deep breath to suppress the emotions within. “If she wants to divorce me, let her speak to me herself.” “Ms. Nicholson is very busy. She doesn’t need to trouble herself with such trifling matters.” “Trifling matters?” Dustin was stunned. Then he laughed bitterly. “Is that so? Is divorce a trifling matter to her? She can’t even find the time to speak to me. Truly, she’s that unattainable now!” “Dustin, don’t delay this any longer.” Lyra pushed the divorce agreement toward him again. “Just sign here and you’ll get a car and a house as compensation. On top of that, you’ll also get eight million dollars. This is more than what you’ll be able to earn in your lifetime!” “Eight million dollars is a lot, but…I don’t need it. I will sign the divorce papers if she comes personally. Otherwise, I won’t sign anything,” Duston said coldly. “Don’t go too far, Dustin!” Lyra slammed her hand on the table. “Don’t say I didn’t warn you. With all her power and resources, Ms. Nicholson can divorce you easily. It’s only because she appreciates her past relationship with you that she’s allowing you to keep your dignity intact. Don’t provoke her!” “My dignity?” Dustin was a little amused by that. She didn’t even want to speak to him directly to divorce him. What kind of dignity was that? Moreover, if she really did appreciate their relationship, then why was she threatening him now?
