An Understated Dominance Chapter 1435 by Marina Vittori

After reaching an agreement with Bo, Dustin immediately called Lana from the next room. The three of them had a detailed. discussion and signed the relevant contracts. With that, the tripartite alliance was officially established.

Over the next two days, Dustin juggled between teaching the pharmacists to make Dew Balm and working on the reconstruction of Harmony Healers.

He was busy and in high spirits, running from one end to the other. Fortunately, Lana’s assistance helped streamline the process. Then, things quickly fell into place.

On the side of the Welch and Swanson families, progress was even quicker. The production of Dew Balm had already entered the sales phase. They even rebranded it as “Rejuvenaid”.

The name signified a miraculous recovery. Although Rejuvenaid didn’t meet the drug content standards, the power of their wealth made these concerns practically irrelevant.

After a massive promotional campaign, the Welch and Swanson families’ Rejuvenaid had gained significant recognition.

Despite its high price, the response was excellent, especially due to its remarkable wound-healing effects. It attracted numerous pharmaceutical distributors.

It even piqued the interest of top military officials. A healing ointment like Rejuvenaid that could quickly stop bleeding and aid in recovery was invaluable to soldiers frequently injured in action.

As a result, various military departments took this matter seriously, and waves of people showed up to place orders. Within two days, the Welch and Swanson families had already accepted a considerable number of orders. Business was more booming than ever.

Medical experts were convinced that this groundbreaking Rejuvenaid would become an unprecedented hit.

It was noon in East City. Inside the office of the Dawson Medical Group, a poised and beautiful woman, sat in her swivel chair. She was attentively listening to her secretary’s report.

“Ms. Dawson, we’ve investigated thoroughly. It turns out the sudden appearance of Rejuvenaid on the market is a joint product developed by the Swanson and Welch families,” the secretary reported.

She added, “Its medicinal effects are miraculous and seem to surpass the Dawson’s Healing Balm.”

“Considering the current situation, our prospects don’t look very promising,” the secretary continued. She then placed the investigation materials on the desk.

Greta Dawson was the eldest daughter of the Dawson family. She was also the Chairwoman of the Dawson Medical Group.

Furrowing her delicate eyebrows, she carefully examined the report. “How could this happen? In just a few days, how could they possibly develop such a superior medicine?”

As someone who knew the Swanson and Welch families well, Greta had been quietly monitoring their development. She even had informants within their organizations.

Before Rejuvenaid appeared, she hadn’t heard any news or information about it.. It was as if it had appeared out of thin air. This was incredibly strange.

“Ms. Dawson, what do we do now?” the secretary asked. “Should we consider contacting the Swanson and Welch families to explore the possibility of cooperation?”

“It’s not that simple,” Greta replied, shaking her head.

She continued, “They’re obviously well -prepared this time. If we seek cooperation, they’ll likely take advantage and squeeze us.

“But if we don’t cooperate, the Dawson Medical Group will suffer significant losses. Over time, our market share will be eroded, and our clients will be poached. It’s a tricky situation.”

“Let me think…” Greta began to ponder. She massaged her temples gently, deep in thought. The decision was tough.

If she cooperated, the Welch and Swanson families would surely make greedy demands. They would seize Dawson’s market share and poach their business partners.

On the flip side, non-cooperation would mean severe losses for Dawson Medical Group. Eventually, their market share and business partners would still be poached.

It was truly a dilemma.

At that moment, the phone on her desk started ringing. Greta picked it up and recognized the voice on the other end.

“Ms. Dawson, Ms. Eleanor Welch and Mr. Ezra Swanson are here to visit. Do you have a moment?”

Summary An Understated Dominance by Marina Vittori

Dahlia Nicholson and Dustin Rhys had been married for three years. After Dahlia’s meteoric rise to success, she abandons the useless dead weight that’s Dustin, proposing divorce. Unbeknownst to her, everything she had ever achieved was only because of him.

Chapter 1 “Dustin, here is the divorce agreement prepared by Ms. Nicholson. All you need to do is sign them.” In the president’s office of the Quine Group, the secretary, Lyra Blaine, placed a piece of A4 paper on the table. A man sat opposite her, dressed in plain clothing. “Divorce? What do you mean?” Dustin Rhys was taken aback. “Do you not understand what I’m saying? Your marriage with Ms. Nicholson is over. You’re not even on the same level anymore. Your existence is nothing but a smear on the president’s reputation!” Lyra pulled no punches as she spoke. “A smear on her reputation?” Dustin frowned. “Is that how she thinks of me?” Back when they first got married, the Nicholson family was in ruinous debt. He was the one who helped them when they were at their lowest point. Now that they were rich, Dahlia Nicholson was ready to just kick him out. “Something like that.” Lyra jerked her chin toward the magazine on the table. A photo of a beautiful woman was printed on the front page. “Look at the headline on this magazine, Dustin. Ms. Nicholson’s net worth has hit one billion in the course of just three years, a feat no short of a miracle. She’s now the most desired woman in Swinton! With all this, she’s destined for greatness. But you, you’re just a regular joe. You don’t deserve her at all. I hope that you’ll see some sense and do the right thing.” When Dustin remained silent, Lyra frowned. “I know you’re not happy with this, but this is reality,” she continued. “You might have helped Ms. Nicholson when she was in trouble, but she has repaid you for everything you’ve done for her over the last three years. In fact, you’re the one who owes her now!” “Is our marriage just a business deal to her, then?” Dustin took a deep breath to suppress the emotions within. “If she wants to divorce me, let her speak to me herself.” “Ms. Nicholson is very busy. She doesn’t need to trouble herself with such trifling matters.” “Trifling matters?” Dustin was stunned. Then he laughed bitterly. “Is that so? Is divorce a trifling matter to her? She can’t even find the time to speak to me. Truly, she’s that unattainable now!” “Dustin, don’t delay this any longer.” Lyra pushed the divorce agreement toward him again. “Just sign here and you’ll get a car and a house as compensation. On top of that, you’ll also get eight million dollars. This is more than what you’ll be able to earn in your lifetime!” “Eight million dollars is a lot, but…I don’t need it. I will sign the divorce papers if she comes personally. Otherwise, I won’t sign anything,” Duston said coldly. “Don’t go too far, Dustin!” Lyra slammed her hand on the table. “Don’t say I didn’t warn you. With all her power and resources, Ms. Nicholson can divorce you easily. It’s only because she appreciates her past relationship with you that she’s allowing you to keep your dignity intact. Don’t provoke her!” “My dignity?” Dustin was a little amused by that. She didn’t even want to speak to him directly to divorce him. What kind of dignity was that? Moreover, if she really did appreciate their relationship, then why was she threatening him now?
